2. Pricing and Payment

  • We may change prices, run promotions or end them at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you place it. We will not retroactively apply a later discount to an earlier order.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, measurements, care instructions and available sizes.


  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Minor variation between the photograph and the garment you receive is not a defect.

  • Garments made or finished by hand may show small variations in stitching, print placement, embroidery or dye. This is a characteristic of the product, not a fault.

  • Measurements are provided as a guide and may vary by up to [TOLERANCE — e.g. 0.5–1 inch] due to fabric behaviour and the nature of stitching.

  • We do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content are entirely free of error. Where we discover an error, we will correct it.


 

 

4. Order Acceptance

  • Payment is declined or cannot be confirmed

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, resale, or abuse of a promotion

  • The order relates to a pricing or description error as described above


Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount using your original payment method.


 

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • If nobody is available at the address, the courier will normally attempt delivery again. Parcels returned to us after failed attempts may be re-sent at your cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
